If you are in doubt, contact the Chairman – see the Contacts page. • Download our Application Form. • Assemble all the supporting documents you need, for example: a. Completed Application Form b. Estimate or Bill of Quantities from an approved contractor c. Reference or letter of approval from Regional or District Commissioner or Executive Officer or DEO as appropriate. d. f. Map or plan of your project g. Any helpful photos • When everything is ready, send it by post or email to the Chairman, unless you have been told to send it to one of the Project Officers. See Contacts for email addresses. • We will acknowledge your application as soon as we receive it. • If we have an questions or queries, we will get back to you as quickly as we can. It helps greatly if you have an email address that is checked regularly. • When all checks are made, your project will be put in the Projects’ Queue. We will tell you when your project will be considered by the TDT Committee or sent to a partner Trust. We don’t have enough money for all the applications we receive: some sadly are disappointed. | ||
